I own this fantastic pinball since 2014 and regrett it that there is still a lot of visible defects (figures broken down, dirty plates, dirty copper tracks, bolts / nuts oxidized, ...) to this superb pinball. After doing a year of ideas at other sites I found its time doing my own adjustments. so I decided to prepare myself as best as possible. The result can be seen below and follow ... because it is still not finished...
1. Palentir-mod

I placed my order en installed it. Love it. This was the start of all of this.
2. Materials
Afterwards I decided to first buy some materials through websites such as ebay, jay's pinball, pinside, pinball owners, pinball life, Mezel mods, pinball information, aliexpress, ...- new figures
- LEDs
- stainless steel nuts / bolts / rondelles / wire rods M3 + M4
- Plexiglas plate 2mm
- original parts of lord of the ring boxes (protective, custom plexiglass plates and stickers)
- small black cable ties
- copper polish product
- universal glue
The necessary tools must also be present. (Dremel / Grinding Mill / Screw Machine / ratchet spanner 7 / socket set / ...)
3. Replacing figures
The left ork his arms were very strange and his sword is broken / the right ork his sword was gone. The plexi glass at the feet, I replaced it and the nuts/bolts are replaced with stainless steel bolts.
First loosen all, when it appeared that these bolts are not M3 or M4 but an American inbetween. Holes little bit bigger drilling and a stainless steel M4 bolt stabbing it, bolt sawing / grinding to length. Figures gluing so that it does not come off. New plexiglass grinding out drilling with Dremel and holes and milling with dremel until fit figures.
4. Replament figures en bolts/nuts
First of all detach, clean Plexiglas plates, add Figures knives & cord, nuts / bolts is replaced by stainless steel materials.
5. Adding different figures.
5.1 Rider Of Rohan on Horse
All bolts loosening, cutting plexiglass plate to size and flattening ad-side, four drill holes for cable ties, and 1 to bolt, fasten rider with cable ties, stainless steel bolt and nut replace. Always ensure that the glass / ball not interfere. My son's name is Rohan. He's proud that he has his own figure.
5.2 Gimli
Customized Plexi Plate cutting and flattening ad-side, four drill holes for cable ties, and 1 for the bolt, gimli fasten with cable ties, stainless steel bolt and nut places.
5.3 Death Riders
Customized Plexi Plate cutting and flattening ad-side, four drill holes for cable ties, and 1 for the bolt, gimli fasten with cable ties, stainless steel bolt and nut places.
5.4 Frodo in shadowworld

5.5 Boromir

5.6 Sharku On Warg

6. Different targets & stickers
6.1 Target Black Rider
With this target, I had forgotten to stabbing a small increment bit so the ball did not get to the target. After adjusting all fine.

I bought two plexiglass plates, one with arwen drawing, one blank. This blank plate I placed the figure arwen with two black cable ties .. My daughter also called Arwen and she loves horses ans she has nog her own figure in my fantastic pinball machine.
11. Adding Staff van Gandelf
i bought the staff of Gandalf on the internet as well as the character Gandalf. Gandalf the gray replaced by Gandalf the white;-). And finally I put the staff. I closed the alligator clips on the parallel led by Gandalf led. Great result.
Placing 6 Army of The Death warriors with led, on extra plexi plate. Every figure got his own 2 green leds. Leds are 2,2V with resistance of 160ohm in serie.

This was really worth it. For this less price and installtion. It gave me such more entertainment then before.
